What happens after I submit my request?+
We register and review it. Places open in phases based on capacity and the features available. If your profile fits, you’ll receive a personal invitation; there is no fixed timeframe.
Does the beta cost anything?+
No. Taking part in the beta has no monetary cost. In return, we ask you to report any issues you find and suggest improvements you think would be useful. If this changes in a later phase, we will explain the terms before activating your access.
Does it work for every market?+
TRAZZA is designed to analyse trading across different markets. Some features and integrations may vary or may not be available to everyone from the start of the beta.
Can I connect my broker or exchange yet?+
Integrations will be enabled gradually. You can check which connections are available at any time from within the app; meanwhile, you can record your trades manually.
Can TRAZZA trade or withdraw funds?+
No. TRAZZA is not a broker: it does not place orders, hold funds or move money. When an integration is available, it uses read-only permissions and cannot withdraw funds.
What happens to my data?+
It is used to provide the service, generate your analysis and improve TRAZZA under the Privacy Policy. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information. Your trades are not visible to other users.
How does TRAZZA protect my account and information?+
We use authentication, secure connections and access controls to isolate each account’s information. Integration credentials stay outside the interface, are managed through encryption systems, and sensitive actions are logged for review.
