Current version · 24 July 2026Essential information
The owner of the TRAZZA project, currently in private beta.
Manage the access list, invitations and essential beta communications.
Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability where applicable.
TRAZZA is at an early stage and is still defining the legal structure that will ultimately own the service. This policy describes the processing carried out while the early-access list remains open and the application continues as an invitation-only private beta. The document will be updated when the owning entity is established.
Data we collect
When you request access, we collect your name, email address, sign-up date, form source and a record of the legal-text versions you accepted. The public website does not request financial data, broker credentials or trading history.
The infrastructure may generate basic technical logs needed for security and to detect errors or abuse. We do not use these logs to build commercial profiles.
How we use your data
Maintain the early-access list in sign-up order.
Prevent duplicate registrations and manage invitation status.
Contact you when a beta place becomes available or its essential conditions change.
Handle incidents, privacy requests and legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising or subscribe you to unrelated marketing communications without separate consent.
Retention and recipients
We retain the data while the request remains active and for no longer than 24 months after the last communication, unless you request earlier deletion or a legal retention duty applies.
Technology providers hosting the website, database or email may access data solely to provide those services and under applicable safeguards. Valid transfer and protection mechanisms will be required when a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights and withdrawal of consent
You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent or ask us to restrict processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully beforehand.
Until a permanent channel is available, requests will be handled through the same channel used for the invitation or other beta communication. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your rights have not been respected.
