Terms of Use
These terms govern the website, early-access list and gradual access to the TRAZZA beta.
Current version · 24 July 2026Purpose and scope
TRAZZA is a journaling and analytics tool that helps organise trades, context, behaviour and learning. The corporate website presents the product and maintains an early-access list for an invitation-only private beta.
Joining the list does not guarantee a specific access date. Invitations are granted gradually, in request order and according to available technical and support capacity.
Who may use TRAZZA
The list and application are intended for adults with sufficient legal capacity. By requesting access, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you will use the service lawfully.
Private beta
During the beta, features may be incomplete and interfaces, supported formats or availability may change. TRAZZA may limit, suspend or withdraw access to protect the platform, correct incidents or prevent abuse.
User feedback may be used to improve the product without public attribution or disclosure of private information unless expressly authorised.
Account and security
When invited, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and reporting unauthorised access. You must not share accounts, bypass security controls or interfere with the platform.
Content and intellectual property
The TRAZZA brand, design, copy, structure and proprietary elements are protected by applicable law. Access grants no right to copy, resell, decompile or commercially exploit the service.
You retain rights over data and notes you provide. You grant only the technical permission needed to store, process and display them within requested functions.
No advice or guarantees
TRAZZA does not provide financial advice, recommend buying or selling assets, offer signals, manage portfolios or guarantee returns. Metrics and insights depend on data quality and must be understood as support for personal analysis.
Changes and validity
We may update these terms as the beta evolves, the owning entity changes or new features are added. Material changes will be communicated before they apply, and renewed acceptance will be requested where necessary.
